Last night I was working on chest and biceps and made my way to alternate hammer curls, one of my last excercises.
I did 3 sets of 10 reps. I started my fourth set and my left arm would not lift. Arm went numb and was like I slept on it.
Raised my hand to make sure I wasn't having a stroke but was mad as hell that my session was over.
Is there anyway to beat this?
