So...my brother hates taking any pills or capsules. He's a damn baby that way. Anyway, he has really unhealthy habits and I want to Christmas gift him some sort of supplements. What kind of gummy or liquid multi-vitamin that is actually good for you (not just a bottle with false promises) and actually tastes good as well can I get for him? What y'all recommend? Its my brother so I don't need to go cheap.

gnc is having one of their 3 for 25$ deals today so you can pick up a multivitamin along with other stuff to try out.

source natural life force and now adam brand multivitamins. you can get them off amazon or your local farmer's market. the source of the vitamin is important. no point in spending money on a supplement when the source is synthetic or inferior.

okay, i just actual read yer poast and if you are talmbout gummy vitamins then :beli:

Thanks all.

No Soap Radio, are there no gummy joints that have a better than average source of vitamin?
