No hate at all. Definitely respect the vision to p it something like this on TV, just feel like the writers fell too much in love with fukking with the viewers instead of moving the plot
If I'm wrong, go ahead and school me
I feel like this reddit post sums up what I'm trying to say
Season finale left.
if s1 was 10/10, this is a 6
On some True Detective shyt.
basically the stringing along is not worth the payoff. The bait and switching is not working because they are replacing interesting stuff with drawn out plots.
Took away the 2 most interesting characters from the main plot from the show
made Angela the main character. Really? This makes absolutely no fukking sense how apparently the #2 and #3 most powerful people in the world are obsessed with this chick, even though they are trying to play her against the other. She has no special talents besides her friendship with Elliot and her "tenacity"
Really stretched the missing Tyrell for 10 episode??
Wasted Elliot for 6-7 episodes on a obvious plot twist on stuff we already know (Elliot is an unreliable narrator, blah, etc ) And Joey Badazz being Dark Army doesn't make up for that. Not even close to the same impact Darlene being family.
Don't get me started on how these hackers decided to set up camp in the house of a person on ECorp's board of directors
