I remember watching him back when he was on smackdown thinking he was gonna be world champion for sure at some point

dude had charisma, mic skills and was pretty solid in the ring

that situation with Randy Orton really f'd him over

By the time the Orton situation happened, I think the hype around him had already passed. It went downhill for him after that Benoit shyt happened and he was goin' out of his way to talk about how he was anti-steroids and doesnt do this or that, only to get popped a month later and suspended... he was rumored to be the one in the "McMahon's son" storyline, but then they had to change it into that Hornswoggle bullshyt... then he kinda just came back and floated midcard, and got injured like twice. The Orton shyt happened the night he came back from injury, by then he def didn't seem to be in line for a run at the top anymore.

:francis:This is why I severely despise WWE's character>>>>wrestling training because it really makes lukewarm wrestlers look like Gods. Kennedy being one of them. I was a big mark for dude when he decided to go to TNA. I was like "hell yeah I'ma a$$hole:krs:". Ten matches later, I'm like:shaq2:okay. The problem with Kennedy is his wrestling style. Dude is odd in the ring. Like he bland at selling, his moveset is blah, and he's too injury prone. If it wasn't for his personality and mic work, he would have been The Gambler status:camby:

Maybe it was the taped nature of Smackdown but he really did lose something on his move to RAW. I think Vince shytting on his first promo on RAW lowered his confidence and clout in the company to the point that they were just looking for a reason to fire him.

Plus he didn't get along with the "Sunday Brunch" crew.

He was such a bust that they had to take the MITB from him...lol. What a joke.
