Moving from Cali to Houston or Atlanta?

Brehs I love Cali but I can live the middle class lifestyle more comfortably in the south and both of these cities have a high population of black people. Which city is a better place for fun and stability for a young black man in his early twenties with no college degree? I currently work 2 jobs so I bring in a total of $55,000 a year I dont plan on leaving Cali for another 2 years so I can save up for a nice place in which ever city I choose.
