I made this thread after thinking about how dope the ideal of Hancock was before we seen it.

You got a dysfunctional superhero with a drinking problem who is constantly fukking shyt up unintentionally. The concept was dope and was good all the way until the twist, which ruined the whole movie.

Yeah Hancock was supposed to be a drama/suspense superhero flick called "Tonight, He Comes" and was gonna delve into having an alcoholic superhero like Iron Man was in some classic comic.

A dope serious superhero movie that shows how the main character deals with seeing the evil that men do everyday You think Bruce Wayne wants to play "We Are The World" after saving innocents from evil every night? He's eventually gonna break out the scotch or some other vice.

Hancock was dope RIGHT up until they introduced the dumb ass plot line of the Cac bytch having powers and forcing a romantic love triangle into the flick where their needn't be,

And I know the original script was fantastic and even early edits of the movie were supposedly darker but the studio wanted a PG-13 film, same issue that fukked up I Am Legend. A GREAT film for the first two acts that fell apart at the climax....

show had the potential to be the GOAT but its just ok... the 2 main character is the easily the worst and least interesting of all

how you fukk up a show with arnold rothstein, al capone, lucky luciano, etc is beyond me

I forgot about Prometheus. I had hope for that one breh. I tried to like it, I even bought the Blu-Ray. The movie didm't seem nothing like what the concept was supposed to be. I really loved that ideal that human came from aliens. It could've been really dope. They let me down. Sadly I still got hope that they'll correct it in the sequel and the first one was just a setup.

They are trying to keep it as real as possible so a lot of the relationships are true
Capone, Luciano etc weren't the blood legends at the time of the show as they r depicted now.
Its doing a dayam good job of showing how they got to where they are
