- Beautifully shot. They seem to have opted against photo-realism and for me it worked.
- Intense, original action. I recently rewatched this, and boy is it satisfying to see action scenes based off of something different like motor-racing. Everything nowadays is a superhero shooting/punching/swording something.
- A ton of heart and charm. There's something genuinely wholesome about the Racer family. And I liked that they actually tried to have a "message" in regards to corporatism and sponsorship.
- Great soundtrack (As usual from Michael Giacchino)
Lastly :
