anyone else hate that? don't get me wrong, some of these movies are still A+, but that shyt throws the flow off. You finally get settled into the movie and all of a sudden it becomes a whole different movie outta nowhere.



28 Days Later (Danny Boyle) - Love the first half but once they make it to the army base, it really isn't the same movie anymore. It's barely even a zombie flick at that point. The Zombie's pretty much become throwaways to the plot.

Sunshine (Danny Boyle) - This one really fukks me up. This movie is sooo good for the first 3 quarters. It had potential to be one of the best Sci Fi films in a while, and out of nowhere it turns into a muhfukkin Freddy Krueger slasher flick. I still can't believe they fukked this up that bad. shyt was so impracticable. There's audio of Quentin Taratino going in on the last act somewhere

Trainspotting (Danny fukkin Boyle AGAIN) - Once Renton moves to London, something stops clicking with me. I still love this movie to death but I always end up turning it off once Renton shakes drugs and moves

100% agree with Sunshine. Last third of the film was awful. The Tarantino vid made me watch the film.

Forgot about 28 Days Later doing it too. Tried to make a message that wasn't needed.

Atonement kinda does this too when dude is arrested and sent off to the war.

it's still a great movie though, but you kinda get settled in with the characters from the first act too much, so it takes a while to adjust to the turn it takes.
