No doubt im torn on it they arent blood but are family by marriage but his wife was an ice sickle and cousin faith was bad lol.
I don't advocate cheating by any means but the entire marriage was pretty much in shambles from the get go. For starters, Miles wanted to follow his dreams while his wife tore down every bit of it. From her perspective, 
she had a point but breh, you are suppose to be his wife. The cheerleader, friend, lover, mother, and so forth. The man wanted to pursue something that could benefit the family while bringing food to the table. Faith basically seen that as a weakness and went in on the kill. While that shyt was plain trifling from the get go, it was bound to happen because Vanessa Williams came off like a overbearing bitter ass hag. Even Big Momma like "You better take care of home before you worrying about another house". Bottom line, it was bound to happen and as somebody who almost been in that limbo, when a woman softens up her shell and embrace a man's flaws plus ambition, it's the most beautiful thing in the world because the man doesn't have to find refuge since he's already home. Yet, when a woman doesn't make a man feel at home but would rather see whats good with the neighborhood house, there's shouldn't be a issue if the house is abandoned from the upstart
In hindsight that scene looks so different. He was too old to be chasing fairy tales and he was foul to quit his job without telling his wife. They were two very different people though and probably shouldnt have been together. Terry would’ve been better off with Vivica’s husband (they were dating I think first). She needed a nikka focused on career and family. Not someone wanting to live an artist’s life.
