Couple deaths that i remember not seeing coming were Rachel's in TDK and Leo's in The Departed. I'd managed to stay almost comepletely spoiler free on The Departed so when Leo's character got got after walking out of the elevator i was like :. And then Rachel's was just so Emotional with her talking to harvey and then BOOM.

I seen it in theaters when I was 9...if you're familiar with the movie it's not a movie for 9 year olds. Anyway one of the major "good guys" gets shot in the face with a shotgun towards the end of the movie....fukked me up.
