Last night I was the club and I spotted this baddd chocolate dime with natural hair that I just had to talk to

I walk over to her and start a conversation and everything goin well, she laughin a my wack ass jokes....so I try to close the deal. She tells me she just visiting from ATL so she don't want to give her number out. I'm thinkin but I just chaulk it up and move on.

No less than a min later a dude who looks like @krackdagawd clone comes over to talk to her and within like 3 min has his phone out getting her number

If that doesn't motivate you I don't know what will. Anybody else has a story that gave them a extra push for a few days?

External validation definitely has an influence on keeping oneself motivated to get in the shape they want. It feels good when someone is impressed with how you look.
