We will globally have to start rethinking waterfront properties in the next few decades...
In fact many of our population percentages will be wrong. Think of all the projections citing growth in places like Houston or phili or la
All the stuff they’ve been saying about climate is coming true.
Super strong storms, very hot weather, I’m wondering what the winter has in store for us, bc it’s been unseasonably warm these last couple winters on the east coast
What an idiot. Gay idiot.Crazy thing is,I have been thinking about retiring somewhere near the water
USA, Africa,Asia or the Caribbean
Lake,river or Ocean front property
May have to rethink that
Has it been unseasonably warm (or some other type of shift) where you live?
Yeah I thought I wanted a house near the water but I don’t know now. It makes me think about The Outer Banks in North Carolina. Them people literally got houses on the beach.. their yard is beach sand. I thought that was so cool until people started losing their homes during storms. Like the ocean came in and took their shyt I’m super good on that shyt now lol.We will globally have to start rethinking waterfront properties in the next few decades...

Might see more growth in Dallas , sanbernadino , and Pittsburgh instead, especially as home /bussiness insurers pull out of the flood insurance game like we have seen in miami
