I remember this movie, it's a decent little low budget action flick.
The main thing I remember from it was that scene where the white girl thought Keenan Ivory Wayans was gonna rape her and he just wanted a piece of pizza.

I Thought it was decent as well but it gets a lot of hate.... 
This is like a send up of bad 90's movies, like every movie we watched back then was like this, I remember watching this on VHS in 97 or so, playing Most Wanted with toy AR-15's and .45's, trying to find toy silenced sniper rifles at the swap meet haha

What body double? Captain Braddock was the guy who was killed.
The ending is Dunn and the CIA framed Braddock as the assassin working for the rich guy. And the general was the hero buy uncovering it all but got killed in the process.
