They've been hyping the "supposed" blackstar album for a couple of years now, so i really don't have too much faith in that. Personally i've enjoyed everything from mos/yasin outside of true magic (never bothered to listen to it). Hopefully we'll get a complete project from him soon instead of the okayplayer live shyt he does whenever the fukk.

But I do agree with some of the statements in this thread as it relates to the neo-soul/underground hierarchy that some of this artist carry with them. How can u complain about the system and the music being promoted when they aren't contributing anything to contrast the majority? It's easy to throw stones and hide your hands but it irks me when these artist have the talent to put out good music, can do intelligent interviews but can't motivate themselves to put out product. They can save that "conscious music against the machine" argument, only ones who still believe in that are hardcore underground heads...and don't even ask if I'm read the post lol
