I just got back into doing my early runs too. Been waking up at four and running around six.

It’s been making my sleep schedule a little weird, now if I’m stimulated enough, I’ll stay awake most of the night.

I just have more energy I guess

I do 1.5 miles.. 10 minutes jump rope.. 15 mins heavy bag


Cardio keeping that blood pressure stable :whew:


And annihilating vaginas :obama:


It's crazy how many people avoid cardio exercise.. I know a few mfs in the gym swole af but ask them how far can they run they be like :dahell: cardio? Why?

All-time favorite morning run was the last one as a trainee before you graduated.

Went on a nice run doing HIIT on a 12 degree morning (53.6F for yall mericans) will get hotter later but I was fukk it lets get this thing out the way nah mean.

Now im finna go take another dump(took one before running) cuz my metabolism still crazy high at 33 yrs old goin on 34 nah mean

Start with 3 times a week with rest days in between
Gon be a shock to your legs the first few weeks.
I would do 2 hiit runs with one long distance per week.
Long distance is obviously the most u can nonstop but u can always try to run the most u can in 30 mins and then move up from there.

HIIT= High intensity interval training
For example run 30 seconds at your maximum speed and walk for a min and repeat. Try with doing it 8-10 times to see if you can hold up and then when u get better increase that number This is possibly the best way to lose fat cuz you lose during and afterwards

I try to be in bed by 10pm but shyt always ends up by 10:30 11PM :dead:
According to my Apple Watch i had 6hr 21 mins in beed and 5hr 53 mins asleep
I be tired once I get home at the end of the day:dead:
I need to get my sleeping schedule good but I sleep in on weekends :manny:

My undisciplined ass went to sleep late woke up later(holiday today) went to run my 10K just when the sun e starting to hit its hardest midway my run :beli:
fukked my pace up but finished it under 53 mins last one I did was 49 mins 2 weeks ago :unimpressed:

I just need to wake up early if its a holiday and I don’t have work Im lazy as hell this waking up early is hard :dead:
