I'm starting to get a little :flabbynsick: around the stomach area, so I decided to hit the cardio harder. I've been jogging at night as a way to burn the excess calories, but I've noticed athletes do most of their training in the morning.

I just want to know if there is any difference, Pros or Cons.

As far as I know, there shouldn't be.

Mayweather does jogs at like midnight or later and it's going just fine for him.

In the grand scheme there isn't enough difference to switch if it's not convenient for you.

OK. It's winter so I'll be jogging indoor for now.

I just noticed a lot of athletes (especially boxers) jog in the morning. I guess it's just to get it out the way early.

A lot of people like fasted cardio. It works for some not for others.

Keep in mind those athletes are likely training sport specific later in the day so they knock out cardio in the morning.
