Morning Cardio Workout Appreciation

In my quest to work on my endurance for the Navy Seals fitness test coming up, i decided to increase the amount of cardio i do to include a morning workout. I forgot how glorious a morning workout can feel. Today I did a 4 sets of stairclimbing in my 12 story building.

shyt had my legs like Spaghetti, but afterwards and at work right now

Let me clarify, i'm not joining the Seals. Never even been to the military. Just thought the Seals fitness test would offer a nice challenge on my upcoming birthday. If i can pass the test at a high level in my 30s, i would feel good about myself.

Unfortunately, i can't swim all that well. So i'm substituting the 500 yards of swimming for another 1 mile of running. I think that's the right swimming to running conversion according to the internets.

How about making one of your goals for your 30s be improved swimming?

My 30s are coming up in a few months. :lolbron:
I still don't know how to ride a bike cause I never got the opportunity to. This will be my goal in my 30's.
