Me too as a Kenya. I really fukking HATE religion. I don't hate religious people but I hate religion. The hold it has on Kenyans and Africans in general is nasty. All these dumb ass fragmented off shoot fake Christian churches with bullshyt scammers and con men at the pulpit and whole smooth brained congregations.

shyt is mad embarassing and disappointing. They just set up in the Church and eat. A lot of these people are in the same trance they were with fake witch doctors and so forth. They use tradition all that superstition to Christianity. I remember growing up in Kenya the types of church denominations people used to go to would have widely different viewpoints and practises. But it was supposed to be one religion. You gotta ultimately laugh at this shyt. How did a man convince 400 people to starve to death?

However it is some of the plainest healthiest food. Not much additives fat etc... I used to call it utility food. It doesn't necessarily hit the spot but it will revitalize you.

The benefit of growing up with a bland cuisine is that I didn't learn to emotionally eat or eat for leisure. Eating is purely maintenance and damn near a chore. I don't have fat people problems. Now you other brehs got better tasting food for sure but you also got all the that come with it.
