You caught the disease being a passport bro This disease has a 50% mortality rate. But you are on the side that will die. If you stay isolated, it will kill you. You will die but by being patient zero, the disease dies with you. Humanity is saved.

There is an experimental treatment that can potentially save you but it will expose other people and the disease will spread. For argument’s sake, this treatment can save you but for other people the treatment has a 10% success rate at best.
