I agree. In my situation though, it's been hard to even save money...especially bouncing from job to job trying to find one thing that sticks.

Trying to be there by 30...well i partly own property now. But by 30 I want to be a full time hustler/entrepreneur not working for anyone but myself. I did the college thing but even with a college degree people try to take advantage of you because they know they have your lively hood in their hands.

There are so many internships out there that were once full paying jobs years ago and so many scams that take advantage of young grads.

College is basically employee training. The only classes worth a damn to me were the business classes. Everything else was useless.

buy every fixer upper,vacant lot etc. in your budget
and in a few years you can kick back.
