Monkey Island games

I searched for it here but I didn't see any love for Monkey Island
Not so far anyway.

3 great games and 2 in the good-ok zone.

MI 1 & 2 had some great puzzles and were really funny but with The Curse of Monkey Island almost everything came together. The art style and voice acting and because of the art style it holds up. It's a 15 year old game but if somebody said "it's a indie game that just came out" nobody would be apply call bullshyt on that if you just look a the gameplay.

Anybody got love for Monkey Island?

Monkey Island was one of my favorite video games as a kid in the early 90s.

I have only played the 1st two. Matter of fact, they released the special edition for PS3 and 360 last year around this time. I copped it 1st day out. It was the 1st one and 2nd one but updated with new graphics and voice overs.

Great game. I still play it from time to time. I used to really be into those Lucas Films games, the electronic adventure kinda games.

yeah, lucasarts use to have some really good titles back then. now, not so much. just the occasional hit...

I played the 1 with the aussie in it and loved it. Played that 5 part miniseries when it dropped a while back

I was like 13 when my cousin gave a bunch of Sierra & Lucas Arts games. Monkey Island and Day of The Tentacle stood out the most.

Revenge of Lechuck was hard as fukk from what I remember but it's still my favorite.

Played Curse of MI a couple of years ago and loved it too.

Never played Escape but Tales is the best as far as characters go...too bad it's not as funny and way too easy.
