We had a meeting about our wages and 401k n all dat shyt, we got .60 cent raises :beli:

the manager saying how u can easily stack 90k thru the 401k program if u stick around for 30 YEARS

Man fukk this shyt

I’m wrapped up in the rat race again…and I work 2nd shift so I have no time to do anything

it’s something else I should be doing but I can’t seem to figure it out…once I do I kno it’s gonna be nothing but success

what are some ideas y’all have on making more money, especially working for yourself

Op did your manager even break down compound interest. 90k over 30 years in a investment vehicle like 401k sounds ridiculous.

Sounds like your manager doesn't know what the fukk he is talking about. But I'm assuming he means the employee contribution to the 401k not including the interest over 30 years.

Contact your 401k provider and have them give you the 30+ prospective balance. They typically have a forecast calculator to estimate your potential growth.

Op to answer your question, I'm currently looking for a part time remote data entry job which wouldn't conflict with my busy schedule .

A extra 20k would help out.

I know its not much and it seems to be obvious but that's all I got. I've lost my drive for hustle being too burnt out from my main job

What are u good at? What have u been complimented on? See if u can provide an online service for others. And be prepared to sit ur ass at home and handle your business. If you’re the social type who has to be out and about, or u got kids to feed, u might be fuccked.
