Quality is awful on this vid, but you gotta post the one with Young Esco in the video

I know I'm splitting hairs between two classics, but I always preferred this song over "Shook One's". I know Prodigy has always been the one to be praised for his emceeing at such a young age, but something has to be said for Havoc production at such a young too. Like, how do you not only find such a great sample, but you flip these samples in a way that matches your lyrics, crew, and overall content perfectly? I think history overtime will treat Havoc nicely. Dude production was nuts.

Hav is one of the greatest hip hop producers ever. People know this. He kinda got stuck in one sound and after a while seemed like his heart wasn't in it.

That opening line of this track "There's a war goin on outside no man is safe from" is straight up one of the best opening lines I've ever heard. I practically zoned out hearing that shyt for the first time.

I remember vividly the first time i heard mobb deep :banderas:

I was in Saudi Arabia and 8 mile had just come out...

:deadrose:

Whose alias is this? Come get ya mans

Hav is safely in those convos now, maybe not the rushmore but just under. Impressive considering he was basically self taught.
