BREAKFAST:
Three BOILED EGGS
4 HANDFULLS OF OATMEAL WITH HONEY
AN APPLE

LUNCH(workout meal as well):
100 grams of pasta
chicken breast or whole chicken legg
a banana

dinner:
tuna salad wit hsome kinda olive oil(using one can of tuna)
grapes

Snacks:
oatmeal with honey
apple


all while drinkiing water

i think he could regain his hair back with this diet

i calculated a maintenance of 2700 cals

so cutting numbers between 1900-2200

3 total meals

Breakfast OR Lunch

BFast
3-4 eggs + 3 slices of bacon, pack of oatmeal(600-700 cals 50g protein)

Lunch
Anything that is within 600-700 cals and 50g protein

Dinner
I know mom is still cooking meals, cut all liquid cals no juice/soda etc
eat as much meat as possible, as little rice etc

should be within 900-1200 cals 60g protein

Supplemental Protein shake(half or 10-12oz)
250 cals 30-40g protein

Cals/Protein per day high = 2150 cals 160g protein

Cals/Protein per day low = 1750 cals 140g protein

Im not going to individually pick out meals, because you know what you like to eat. You just need to do the work and figure out what those meals are doing to you calorie wise and make decisions. Be honest with yourself and the diet will fix itself :manny:
