ramadan ended 10 days ago and after a 2 week break grom working ou t (and a 6 week slowing down before that for physiotgerapy).im bakk im dat,,dere weight room frum last monday but with a crazy side effect
yesterday after my workouy (i wont lie I go harf) i ate about 800 calories worth of dates then a big asd plate of pasta brocolli and 2 chickrn breasts dat was cool 3hpurs layer oli ate about 250 grams worth of oats soaked with honey and a 5 egg omelette thats all gravy go train my boy odidnt work out) just coordinated sprints and track work for him came back ate a chickenn breast and 400 calories worth of dates none of this was force fed legitimate cravings and i be drinking water shyt so.i wake up humgry as shot.today take my morning shyt and proceed to deal with another 6 egg omelette aling with 800 calories eorth of dates go to orientayion eat a likkle chicken wrap come back eat padta and 2 chicken breasts now im finna deal wit sum oatmeal and honey and i know ima maks sum eggs later
