Can we leave "crying on camera for sympathy+likes" behind.
I hate seeing this shyt. Especially black people because the people that should be moved by this aren't and this is theater for them.
You ask people to boycott, they won't. You ask people to go on strike in solidarity. They won't. You ask people to get real news instead of using corporate media which is actively rotting their brains with bullshyt. They won't. Ask them to donate to legal and mutual aid societies that will use lawsuits to slow down and stop these violations. They won't. Tell em to divest, they won't.
But watch them rush to click a button and post about how they're heartbroken and how they're praying. Then after they close the page they scroll and hit like buttons on a pop the balloon clip or 50/50 debate podcast clip, man vs bear or other such stupidity.
The people who you think would be moved by this are turning you into a reaction image and laughing talking bout "lmao we'll get them Ns back in chains and have them build the deportation centers. Then when all them Bs and Wbacks are gone, they're next."
I'm putting my money where my mouth is. Literally building a list of black businesses to shop in exclusively next month and ongoing. I'm not giving any more money than I have to to the devils that are bankrolling this and media trying to normalize it.
