Work, getting injured and sick made me miss a total of 5 DAYS this week...fukking bullshyt nikkas sitting here typing thinking I'm going through atrophy and shyt...I hit a PR on deadlifts two weeks ago and wanted to this past weekend but couldn't because of the flu
Plus I ate some cupcakes yesterday so now the carb bloat gonna have me feeling like
