On the note of uniforms, uniforms promote unity within a group and intimidate your enemy. Uniforms such as the one OP displayed are good but from a tactical standpoint a grey/blue scheme BDU is better for urban operations and helps you blend in better at night, especially when there is a overcast. a RBG emblem can be place somewhere on the uniform or on your headgear.

For sure. Appearance is everything. That's why the NOI is so respected, (amongst other things,) they have a uniform code of conduct wearing nice business suits/bow ties. When they show up, people know Immediately they are a group that commands respect.
In addition to uniforms, squad tactics are extremely important. Information on common squad tactics used by the U.S Army Rangers can easily be found on the net.

I think uniforms are good for a neighborhood watch, or a badge that is very distinct and kept in a visible place. I do not like the idea of having something just anyone can throw on. An ideal uniform is functional and recognizable.

Well, it wouldn't be too hard to set up a system where a person is not even gonna get that uniform unless hes verified.
