Microsoft talked to Samsung and Huawei about dual booting android and Windows phone

Just as they have apparently tapped HTC for the dual-boot option for Android phones with Windows Phone 8, it’s become apparent today that Microsoft may have asked Samsung and Huawei to do the same.

Dummy windows phone is trash. 41 megapixel camera won't make the os any better. What's the excuse going to be now? Lol @ 3% market share after being on the market for 3 years.
