1. Reduce future scrutiny of their next big acquisition (EA, Sega, Take2). “See we intend to put these games on competitor platforms…and we have a track record of it!”
2. The BIG item: have regulators force competitors to open up their storefronts. We see this already occurring in the mobile space. The console space will be their next target.
