I've installed W11 on a few PCs that didn't meet the minimal requirements and it runs fine.
Just google "bypass WIndows 11" check and there's plenty of options to install it.

You can basically install windows 11 manually on anything 10 ran on. I haven't run into a problem yet.


Paid security updates for OOS OS's have been a thing for decades, just not for consumers. It's typically been only an option for businesses that have legacy software that only works on older versions of Windows.
