France and Sweden are proof of that. N1ggas can just walk into the doctor and not have to worry about paying a bill for anything
but to be honest the middle class and under would probably benefit more from actual Communism to keep it 100. N1ggas still holding on to that pipe dream of being Diddy that they never will achieve. Even though they're poor as fuk they're just happy to live in a country where they could potentially be the next Diddy even though the odds are little to none. True freedom....People are brainwashed into supporting the very system that oppresses them.
btw, the creator of that site was forced to either close the site or pay for his wife's medical bills.....He decided to help his wife (obviously) so the site was going to go under
Michael Moore gave him $12,000 to keep that site up even though it does nothing but hate on him. (they talk about this in the movie SICKO)
