Michael Jackson & Paul McCartney - "Say Say Say" vs. "The Girl Is Mine"

Brehs I listened to both of these songs for the first time ever this year. So there's no nostaglia factor for me.

I don't see how ANYONE can objectively say "The Girl is Mine" is a better song than "Say Say Say"."Say Say Say" absolutely shytS on "The Girl is Mine".


Like I said in another thread today, "The Girl is Mine" is easily the weakest of the 7 singles off the "Thriller" album. The Brandy/Monica version of the song is WAY BETTER.

Always thought The Girl Is Mine was the weak link on Thriller. Hot Street, Carousel, or Got the Hots should have replaced it...but having a Paul McCartney feature was an automatic win

Seriously, "The Girl is Mine" is a top 5 worst song of all time from a great artist. Actually, from two great artists!
