picking a random spot to watch, i landed on him saying

black people have been radically disimilar to the politicization of white evangelicals.

professor black truth said michael eric dyson has staked out a very lucrative career off of spewing barely intelligible word salad that nobody understands, so it makes him sound deeper than he really is.

I mean has a point.

A bunch of crazy christian white wingers adopting violent rhetoric has long been a problem in America
and it's only gotten progressively worse.

It's not necessarily word salad, I got what breh was talkin' about off of reading it just one time.

i think what pbt means is that dyson spends 50 words saying what he could in 15. it’s obvious dude loves to hear himself speak. cornell west is another orator who has a knack for being obnoxiously grandiloquent. i think dyson is worse, though.

I always enjoy Dyson. He has a way with words that’s unmatched. I seen this interview last week too, I forgot what he said exactly but I’m always looking for some sound bite of his where he basically Oswald Bates his way into an explanation of racial politics in the US.

First time I realized it was when he used the word Wizardry while describing something.

shyt had me :mjlol:

You gotta point, but it draws attention and is infinitely better than whatever trash they would normally have on the show lol

Black people have been radically different to the politicization of white evangelicals? Is there a comma or context im missing? Because context and a comma can change everything:respect:

whats is this statement conveying? "black people have been radically disimilar to the politicization of white evangelicals."

LLM served by Perplexity Labs

The statement suggests that black people and white evangelicals have had significantly different experiences and approaches when it comes to political engagement and involvement. It highlights a contrast between the two groups in terms of their political behavior and the role that religion plays in shaping their political views. However, it is important to avoid oversimplifying the complex relationships between race, religion, and politics, as there can be considerable diversity and variation within both the black community and the white evangelical community.

what is this statement conveying? "black people have been radically disimilar to the politicization of white evangelicals."

LLM served by Perplexity Labs

This statement is comparing the political involvement and expression of two different groups: Black people and white evangelicals. It suggests that there is a significant difference in the way these groups have engaged with politics.

The term "radically disimilar" implies a stark contrast between the two groups. In this context, it could mean that Black people have been more politically active or vocal compared to white evangelicals, or perhaps that they have approached politics from a different perspective or with different priorities.
The phrase "politicization of white evangelicals" suggests that white evangelicals, as a group, have become closely associated with certain political ideologies or agendas. This could refer to issues such as abortion, same-sex marriage, or religious freedom, among others.
Overall, the statement is highlighting the distinct political behaviors and attitudes of Black people and white evangelicals, and implying that these differences are noteworthy and meaningful.
