Yeah, that's a nice house. Something cool for one person a couple or a small family.
I'm trying to achieve my dream of buying a house with some and making a little skatepark in the back. on some Tony Hawk shyt.
Or getting a house with a big enough basement to put a skatepark in it. I've seen houses with huge basements where it could definitely be possible (not in FL though...lol).
