If I were to bet, I'd say it'd be a lot closer to 5 gameplay-wise but without the obvious stuff that's exclusive to 5.The assets look good but is it gonna feel like MGS
If they're following the timeline for some reason, it'll take a looooong time for MGS1 to be remadeI just want a remake for the original MGS already. I can't believe they did three before one.

I don't think Konami would've gotten the big guns out from the jump unless these devs did a great job at some point.
Maybe.I guess i mean more so in tone and execution. Demon’s Souls was good but a lot of souls fans complained about it lacking the charm and stylization of the original.
I wonder if someone can really replicate a kojima experience without him, because we saw how twin snakes and metal gear survive turned out. Portable Ops was good but Kojima was producer on it at least.
Maybe.
To be honest, this game is incredibly hard to screw-up as a remake. Twin Snakes' fukkups came from the devs trying to deviate from the blueprint by trying to be cool and hip and having Snake do matrix flips like a dumbass.
That's what Konami needs to keep an eye on. Otherwise? Take Snake Eater, and stick it on a newer engine with Phantom Pain-like controls. That's not creatively complex enough to require Kojima's crazy ass on board.
IDK bruh you seen what happened to RE3 remake.Maybe.

Konami saw capcom eating RE remakes and said fine give ‘em what they want.
I’m fully erect and ready to spend money
