New post-Clash Observer, Alvarez points out Hogan's voice in WWE network ads. Dave says yeah its clear and "they've filmed some commercials with Hogan - not like with him personally, but theyre new Hulk Hogan commercials. So they're trying to get ready to uhhhh...ease him in, for sure."

Just like that, huh? How does TSC feel about this? :jbhmm: Yall still gone support em? :usure:

On a related note, Dave starts off the show on a rant, unprompted, about all the recent sports deaths. Puts over Arnold Palmer as a tv draw (seriously), mentions Gordie Howe, then goes on for 4 minutes about announcer Vin Scully retiring, not even dying. Zero mention of Jose Fernandez from "Its just a business term" Meltz and All Lives Alvarez :mjpls:

There was never a chance that they wouldn't bring him back eventually. Dude is arguably the biggest name in history, and the focal point of like....half of WWE's video library. You can't erase him. shyt, they've even made new content talking about Chris Benoit on the Network.

It makes sense to include him in commercials on the network and it history book type shyt and on the web site....

Not sure if it means they bringing back on a legends deal just yet though. Like what could he sell for them? He was a boderline parody of himself and a robot cartoon last time when he was shilling the network and still botching stuff. Only reason to bring him back is if Mattel wants to make more Hogan figures and 2k wants him in the game and that's literally it.

Until he does the right thing and goes out does speaking engagements on race (And even then it aint like a lot of people gonna buy what the dude is saying) or makes a real effort to tackle the issue of what was said on the tapes...the sponsors are gonna have an issue with him on live tv.

Time for me to notify some sponsors and let them know that they might be losing some customers. :mjpls:

I think we all could do that via Twitter and other forms of social media. We have more leverage now than ever since they've reached record lows for ratings over the last few weeks.

lol Hulk made Vince a billionaire. It's IMPOSSIBLE to tell the story of pro wrestling without Hogan.

And Vince doesn't care about what Hogan said, he just had to disassociate from him for a min because it make the WWE look bad.

So It was only a matter of time before he was brought back in. Anybody who thought he was gone forever, is just fooling themselves. Only person gone forever is Benoit.
