Marvel doesn't have the storytelling skills needed for such a thing. If they couldn't cover for some of the bad writing with superhero blasts, super strength, explosions and the sort, they wouldn't have nothing.

I'll give them credit for the one time they stepped out of the box and it worked. Wandavision, which coincidentally, was only good up until it got to the part where they got into the more superhero stuff. But the mystery, the drama, even the copying from old sitcoms was done masterfully.

To be able to create the type of show you're talking about, they would need some serious heavy power writers. And they don't currently have them and Feige and @Bryan Danielson obviously don't want to spend the money to hire them.

They'd rather hire writers from Rick and Morty. (I'm not joking. Google this if you don't believe me.)

They do that for one year and End Game gets pushed back because of Covid. OR if they decide to should End Game in 2020, Boseman possibly dies before or during filming.
