Exactly but then ultimately they would have to eliminate discrimination laws altogether which i doubt the masses would agree to but it might be too late by the time they realize its not just an attack on black people. Its divide and conquer but we will have so much hate for each other that we will just sit back as other get picked off when they come crying for help

The group behind the lawsuit has been behind many, if not most, of the similar lawsuits that have been filed over the years.
There's a big picture issue here, this lawsuit just happens to after a scholarship earmarked toward different minority group.


That big picture issue is taking down any corporate, or institutional program that promotes diversity or helps a particular group.
