He said that “At least the feedback that we have quickly received, and what reception has been online yesterday and already the other day, it has been quite positive. We are going to be positive in this test.”

According to Independent, Staffan Ekstam, McDonald’s head of foot strategy in Sweden said, “The test in Finland blew all the expectations out of the water. We can now offer our guests a vegan burger developed in Sweden. Our ambition is that there should be something on our menu for all of the 400,000 guests who visit us every day.”

Great! I wouldn’t make a habit of it but as a vegan myself, I would rock with it in a pinch.

The ridiculousness of providing a vegan option to a restaurant that kills millions of animals a year only to gain more profit by it thus killing more animals for gain. This defeats the purpose of going vegan in the first place. Plus they microwave and/or fry it in the same place they do the meat, so wtf?

youre mistaking veganism for vegans. Im a vegan (more of a vegetarian since I eat cheese and eggs) but I dont really care about the moral aspect, I just dont want to eat meat anymore. Its that simple.
