Even those numbers are gross exaggerations. Many of those people were old, with underlying conditions and died WITH covid, not of.

literally thousands or even tens of thousand of people died in the U.S of flu-like symptoms between January and April in 2020 who never got listed as covid deaths. deaths recorded as covid deaths were of people who tested positive for the coronavirus while alive. nowhere in the U.S were people testing for covid in corpses.

it's even worse since many people in the U.S today get the coroner to change cause of death from covid to something else which lowers the number of deaths attributed to covid.

Not the same thing. But I will say that if we in fact increased testing for std, we will find more people with std's.

My point is that, we shouldn't be testing so much for a sickness that is so close to the common cold. It does nothing for us but breed hysteria.

No. That would be ignorant.

I believe -- and data would likely back me on this -- is that 90+% of the people who died OF covid would be the elderly who were already immuno-comprimised. Very similar to the flu.

yeah sweden has decided to no longer test vaccinated individuals or vaccinated individuals showing covid symptoms.
all that does is changes what they know not the reality of the virus spreading.

the only thing i'll give him props for in that article is for clearly laying out the reasons he wants remote workers to go back to their offices. I don't think deblasio or the governor gave clarity on the financial eco-system of the city. most folks don't know how industries or certain professions impact one another and it's good that he clarified that for the lay-person.

I work for the City of NY and this no remote work is bullshyt… I can easily do my job from home. I wouldn’t even want 100% I would be happy with a hybrid like what we were doing up until that dikkhead DeBlasio told everyone to come back in full time..

Everyone else is giving their workers hybrid schedules except the city workers which is bullshyt. Coming in full time not gonna bring back all the spots that closed.
