her polices was all about being proactive and taking preventative measures. hidden cameras won't prevent anything. eric adams just reacts, he doesn't adequately plan to prevent anything. addressing homelessness, mental health issues and income inequality is whats going to help reduce crime on the subway, not hidden cameras.
