You don’t need corroborating witnesses, they have those texts and receipts. The documenting evidence is damning. All evidence will be shared during discovery. They could be postering like this because they want the case dismissed but the case isn’t going to be dismissed.

Like I really want to emphasize that the case they made in the indictment is strong enough it won’t get dismissed and will go to the discovery stage. He is saying the government has exculpatory evidence, but that sounds like fishing to me. You’re right a good lawyer always fishes, but it’s not a sign of a weak case. What evidence does the government have of Adams innocence that Adams doesn’t have himself?

The prosecutors evidence isnt based on many witnesses except the campaign staffer who is the person who did most of the in between communicating. If it’s her who is the witness it is the worst person to testify against him because she has the most knowledge of everything & how can Adam’s attack her character when he gave her a job in the administration.

This is a bunch of bullshyt and he doesn’t want to step down since he has a bunch of city attorneys defending him. Anyone who is saying he shouldn’t step down is full of bullshyt. That’s the thing they wasn’t looking at him in 2014 the evidence just goes that far back. He hired the campaign staffer in 2013 and she began getting him favors from Turkish Airlines and the Turkish government right after.
