Seth is a talent, in the ring he can be excellent on form, as a face I'm not buying him though, he's a natural cocky heel to me, the face shyt seems really forced, as a heel he's a top talent if everything's right. I remember when he first won the title pre injury he was doing really well, wasn't quite the same when he came back for a while then regained a bit of sharpness. He's a bit corny at the moment, he's a bit of a corny guy and not likeable, in wrestling that can work though, natural heel.

funny as hell but true.Back in 2015 people thought Seth was the next Shawn Michaels, turns out he’s the next Dolph Ziggler. He’ll never be as over as Becky at her peak based off how bad his 2019 has been.
Having a dislikeable guy like that as your top face doesn't really work. Cody seems a lot more likeable in AEW. Seth as a chicken shyt heel but with skill kind of works, he has a great upside but I don't think the WWE model sometimes helps him whether he knows it or not. shytting on AEW publicly business wise don't make sense to me though, he could leverage more money from WWE if they think he could go AEW, he can still be pro WWE but shytting on AEW will make them feel confident he won't go there. Wrestling changes quick...
