Okay so I moved to Canada, been here bout 6 days, first time here etc. Some questions regarding ordering shyt online tho ...

I'm bout to cop some protein from bodybuilding.com, they DO send it to your door step right? This may sound stupid as fukk but some countries get it sent to a PO Box office so I wanna make sure how things work here. Also, do they just drop it off at your house and leave or do you have to be there to sign for it and show identification etc?

be careful with buying stuff online and getting it shipped from outside of canada. any purchase over around 50 bucks will get charged tax and you will have to pay the shipping company.

but depending on the shipper, most will come to your door around 10am-1pm. some will leave it if your not home if its a house in good neighborhood. some will give you a slip and you have to go pick it up.

i suggest buying protein in store if you can find a similar price. if its about 20 bucks cheaper to buy online (with shipping) usually id get online.

They deliver to your door and they drop off and leave (well, that's how it's been for me). Luckily neighbours haven't taken it, but it's probably smarter to ship it to work.
