Anyone have it or use it?

I was just given one as a gift.

I wanted and requested the VersaClimber but well... I didn't get it.



BUT, I am grateful for my MaxiClimber XL and wanted to find out if anyone has it.

And also any advice on how long to use per day to see results. I have around 8-10lbs to drop.

I've never used one but when I do cardio I essentially just do it until my body starts significantly slowing down. The key really is consistency/ cleaner eating/ going as hard as your body allows you too.

I'd say just take note of how long your able to use it and keep increasing from there. Eating a fukk ton of apples also helped me lose weight

We had something similar to this on the ship.. they are tuff... I think they are more used for HIIT as opposed to steady state cardio

Update:

I lost that 10lbs plus an additional 3lbs-5lbs for a total of 13lbs-15lbs (i'm fluctuating). I am back at my really really happy weight of 125lbs-128lbs.

I used the MaxiClimber 45mins a day min, cut calories by 500-800 --- and did one of Mrs. Vedral's workouts 3 x's a week. She always get me right.

So this shyt works pretty good huh? Do you feel like it’s a full body workout?

Yes. For the first week, I could only do like 10 mins max. It was hard. And I mean 10 mins in 5 min increments. Then I would literally be done for the day. Cause, it was too much for me.

Then I got better.

I watched this woman for tips how to do it correctly. Cause, at first I saw people doing it different ways and wanted to make sure if I had to be on there I was getting the most of it.



Like going all the way down and not banging when I extend to the bottom. Alternating hand position for targeting different areas of arms/triceps.

Also, I added a TRX Glute Band (Gray 6lb-17lb) around my hips and made sure I went at a good moderate pace -- but full extension stride.

Remember, I cut calories too. Cause, I was eating a little too many Vegan Chiptole Burritos (like too many....) and Starbucks Venti Caramel Macchiatos daily.

That's how I got there. Also, I was slacking on working on. I thought gardening and cutting grass was enough cardio for me... nah.

I just added LISS cardio (MaxiClimber XL) for no more than 50 mins ---- and 3 x a week pyramid strength training with Joyce Vedral Books.
