I mean his knees are fukked up and he’s always a knee buckle away from a career ending injury, this isn’t that hard to believe
I’m not surprised tbh. When he chose that surgery the removed that flap in his meniscus. Rather than repairing it which would have taken 8-12 months. He instead he had the one that took 2-4 and left him with less cartilage. It was dumb, it was dumb for the team to allow him to take that surgery to rush back for the playoffs. It was dumb for him to put not only his career but his own health/comfort after the game just to be available for the Olympics and playoffs. Especially since the fans really don’t appreciate him playing with the injuries because we still lose. Plus country still hates you and doesn’t appreciate being one of if not the main reason we beat Serbia.
