My bad lol. He's comicbook accurate in this movie (6'1) and slightly shorter than Reed.

In the later cartoons, they had him bigger than the rest of the crew and shorter than Hulk.

Also in retrospect, Thing has a regular New York voice which is perfect after a second look. Dude had a heavy NY accent in the bear too.
