And to make matter deeper.... it in some cases wasn’t even copying but more or less writers/artist switching from one company to another then basically creating another version of a character they already created

How about the fact that Johns and Feige regularly have dinner and have been friends for years? Or the fact that most of the actors and actresses congratulate each other's successes (i.e. Margot Robbie, Gal Gadot, etc.)
