He didn't specify that imo. He just said a guy can come out after halftime, rush two times and then "let" the other guy come in. That to me says he gettin' on niccas for being docile or something like these teams aren't solely drafting backs for special situations. Imagine Mostert saying he ain't ever coming out for Achane. Or Zeke sayin' he ain't coming out if the coach send Pollard in (when they were on the same team). Coaches are devising plans now just to get specific guys touches b/c they do something different than the main guy.
CJ2K and Lendale White. CJ could've tried to say don't take me out but if its 4th and inches and you want a pure power back to come in and bruise his way across the line, you not finna rock the boat unless you already got your paper and even then you taught early on "it's all about the team". I ain't seen too many main guys lately sayin' yo take me out. Most been complaining about gettin into a rhythm from what Ive come across.
If you Baltimore, do you see if Gus Edwards can punch that in just off the strength of it being "his job", or after seeing what Keaton Mitchell can do, do you try to get them both in? Or you say naw, wait yo turn when you got that weapon on offense and can utilize both? Just curious.
